Live Arrival Guarantee Policy

We guarantee LIVE arrival of our shrimp if the package is signed for and accepted on the first delivery attempt. THIS LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VALID FOR FEDEX OVERNIGHT. Shipment with USPS PRIORITY MAIL  DO NOT CARRY OUR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE  (It means we can add replacement to your next order, but no REFUND). If the package is denied for any reason on the first attempt or left without being signed for the guarantee is VOID.

In the unlikely event that your shrimp/fish arrive dead you must at least take one digital photo of the dead animal still in the original, unopened bag and then you can open bag to count the DOA if it's necessary.   Email those pictures to sales@joesaqua.com within 6 hours of deliveryOnce we have the clear photos, we will ask you to send you a replacement product or a refund excluded the original shipping cost. Please follow these policies promptly, if you fail to follow one of these policies, you will no longer cover by us.
     
We also offer LIVE GUARANTEED for all shrimp/fish within 24 hrs after you get parcel. All shrimp dead in this period, we will give you the replacement (store credit) and you can apply it to your next order.

Our live arrival guarantee does not cover the freight costs. The freight costs/import duty are the responsibility of the purchaser.
